Hey guys! 

We got a quick shipping update for you. First of all - sorry for a bit delay, but we wanted to come in with all the info and few of the Hubs got delayed after start of New Year. Anyway - here is the full break down: 

• We have shipped about 95% of orders in European Union and delivered about 88% (we expect to ship 100% by end of last year, but due to Christmas roll out slowed down). We expect to finish in this or the following week. 
• There is about 422 orders that are currently inn UK (Dratford) - we are investigating why they are not being shipped, but we expect some mix of Christmas and Brexit chaos creating some backlogs. This is quite specific time, as with new year there are some new rules, paper trail and such - we will update you as soon as we will know when they will be shipped out (we expect this or next week) 
• There is also about 230 orders that are waiting to be shipped to UK - we delayed them a bit to make sure we will see in practice how to ship all the documents correctly. While we have cleared everything in theory and consulted with HMRC, we just want to make sure that we will have every documentation prepared well to minimize any problems on the boarder. 
• First Canada orders will ship this week! 
• USA - First tracking were send Friday, shipping should start this week! 
• Asia - we shipped majority of the games, 50% are already delivered, but some shipping takes longer to get to the target. 
• Rest of Europe / Rest oif the world - we shipped about 20% of orders. We expect to start shipping bigger volumes this and next week. 
• Australia / New Zeland / Oceania - shipping should start this week, there is a bit of a lag in communication after the Christmas brake.
